During the week I spent in New York I got about and saw all the sights from all angles. There is so much to take in and see in New York that a week is just not long enough. With such well known landmarks it is always challenging to attempt and take a photo from a new or alternative angle. I tried this im my previous post.

Today, however, I wanted to post a photo where I haven't done anything original or unique. Later in the day after I had taken this photo I saw the almost exact same photo on a postcard. I remember being proud because it meant the photo I took was just as good enough to be bought by someone!

Looking back there are changes I would have made to taking this photo. Firtsly, I would have been in this spot as the sun was setting or at night. Secondly, I may have waited for a cool boat to sail underneath it to add something else to the photo.

For me, this photo highlights some of the improvements I've made to my photography. Back then I was happy and proud after I took this photo, now I'm always looking for improvements and methods to create a more impactful photo.
