One night during my time in Kuala Lumpur I decided to pick up the tripod and go for a stroll. The sun generally went down around 6:30, which meant that I was more often than not stuck in a traffic jam on my way back from work generally missed the sunset. This continually annoyed me. There wasn't much I could do to combat this so I just had to roll with it. Next time, I guess.
The Petronas Tower were viewable from my Hotel - the direct line of site must have been around 500m! As you might expect during much of the night my camera lens was pointed at the two towers. I always try to look for different way to photograph a popular site and on many of my taxi rides home I had driven past this awesomely reflective building.
It took me a while to find the best angle that held the most amount of interest. The building, if my memory serves me, is the British Consulate.
