Once every four years the British & Irish Lions head out on tour to one of the big three Southern Hemisphere rugby nations - Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. For 2013 they are heading to the land of kangaroos and on the way down from the UK they stopped off in HK to play the Barbarians. It's pretty unlikely the Lions will ever stop off in HK again so I couldn't miss out on the opportunity to see them play.

It didn't make up for missing the 7s but watching the other spectators enjoy themselves was certainly entertaining. Below is a selection of photos from the evening - more will follow.
